  1. Eligibility to work in the United States. 
  2. Authentication using government issued ID cards and documents.
  3. Educational, professional and/or vocational training and credentials. 
  4. Skills and competency checklist
  5. Employment history and conduct a criminal background check. 
  6. TB screening and evidence of satisfactory health screening
  7. Documents, professional history, and reputation.
  8. Current BLS/CPR certification status and encourage candidates to secure one if they do not have it.

Our Insurances & Indemnities

New Era HealthCare Staffing Services carries and always maintains during and subsequent renewal of agreement general liability and professional liability insurance coverage for all its acts and omissions in the provision of the designated services. New Era HealthCare Staffing Services will provide upon request certificates of insurance or other evidence of coverage and will notify healthcare organization of any cancellation or modifications of its liability insurance.  Each party agree to indemnify and hold each other including directors, officers, agents, and worker harmless from its alternate claims, suits, judgements, and demand arising from its indemnifying party’s negligence and/or intentional acts and omissions in the performance of the duties prescribed by this agreement.
