Contract Staffing Services

In contract staffing service, New Era HealthCare Staffing Services is the employer of record providing temporary staffing to another organization for a period ranging from one month to several years at an agreed upon hourly billing rate. As the employer of record, New Era HealthCare Staffing Services covers the costs associated with contract personnel including but not limited to general liability insurance, (FICA, FUTA, SUTA, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance), professional indemnity insurance, holiday pay and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k plan, and annual bonuses. New Era HealthCare Staffing Services issues year-end W2’s and properly reports to the government.                     

Contract-to-hire Staffing Services

In a contract-to-hire agreement, New Era HealthCare Staffing Services agree on terms of a predetermined length of employment before a full-time offer can be made to a staff of New Era HealthCare Staffing Services working for a healthcare organization. Upon completion of the of the specified term, the healthcare organization can decide to bring the staff onboard as fulltime employee or can decide to extend the working arrangement if both parties agree to the same term or a new term or can terminate the contract. If the healthcare organization chooses to bring the candidate on to their payroll as a full-time employee New Era HealthCare Staffing Services charges a fee of ten (10) percent of the annual compensation of their staff that is now an employee of the healthcare organization.


Direct Hire Staffing Services

In direct hire staffing, New Era HealthCare Staffing Services invest its resources and staff to locate the desired candidate to fill a long-term need of the healthcare organization. The recruited candidate is directly placed with the healthcare organization and receives salary and benefits directly from the healthcare organization. New Era HealthCare Staffing Services charges the healthcare organizations a onetime fee of twenty-five (25) percent of candidate’s first-year compensation to offset the costs incurred in the recruitment efforts.
